Data and purposes
This website has no forms, user accounts, online sales or external analytics. Hosting may process technical connection data such as IP address, date, browser and requested resource to serve pages, keep the service secure and diagnose problems. If you email us, we process your contact details and the information you provide to respond. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Legal bases
Service enquiries and requests concerning a contract are processed to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other enquiries and website security rely on our legitimate interests in responding to communications and running a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
Retention
We retain communications for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and, where applicable, to meet legal retention obligations or address potential liabilities. Technical data is limited to the period necessary for operational and security purposes. Data is deleted when no longer needed, or restricted where the law requires it.
Providers and recipients
Hostinger provides website hosting. The contact email uses Google’s Gmail service. These services may process the data needed to perform their functions. We do not sell data or use it for personalised advertising. Data is shared with other recipients only where required by law. Providers may use international infrastructure; relevant transfers must be covered by safeguards under GDPR Articles 44 onwards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability by emailing pimpamnetgirona@gmail.com or writing to the postal address above. Additional identification is requested only if necessary. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
External services
Google Maps opens only when you select a directions or reviews link. Once you leave this website, the other service’s policy applies. There are no embedded Google maps, third-party fonts, videos or analytics.
